The staff are polite and very-very nice. The building is nice and the rooms are extremely spacious with a fridge, all appliances plus the bath. The location is great, 1 mile from a public college.

Marvellous and absolutely perfect location, 15 minutes' walk to Suny Cortland. The rooms with laminate floors, the bath and all appliances.
Poor staff!

We were pleased to see a larger screen than the typical 32-inch set found in budget-level facilities. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with a clean bed, TV, AC, and fridge. The ice machine provided ice, and the staff we met were friendly and very nice. The hotel's location was convenient for the event we were attending.
Nothing to mention.

My online reservation was not honored. So I left. Cortland is a lovely college town. If you are a runner, you'll love an early run or walk through downtown, historic area, and the campus. Or out through the rolling farmland.
. My Booked.net reservation for a non-smoking pet friendly room was not honored. The owner aggressively denied I had booked online. Actually insisted I had called them to reserve and not told them I was bringing a dog. If that were true, I would not have this Booked.net review to complete. Neither would I have a Booked.net room reservation confirmation email. I left and went to a quality, professionally run hotel.

It served its purpose for the overnight stay to drop my daughter off at college
Close to campus, the price was great for move in weekend at the college and the staff was very nice .
It was outdated, there were coffee stains on the molding by the bed, I would not have used the shower. The office carpet was tremendously stained and although continental breakfast was offered I was not comfortable eating in that office.

The hotel was nice little and the staff were excellant. The room was large and fine here with a fridge and all appliances, for instance. The location was unbeatable, around 10-15 minutes walk from a historic house.
